In order to receive a technical support assistance, you need to have a valid purchase code. To get the code, please navigate to your ThemeForest “Downloads” page and click on the theme download link. Check this guide for more details.

As per Envato rules, we do not provide customization service, 3rd party plugins integration or any other compatibility issues that might arise. We just provide support service for those plugins that we have developed and integrated ourselves.

if you have any questions or difficulties with an item, please read the documentations that included to your purchased file. We are located in GMT +3 time zone and we answer all questions within 1 – 48 hours in weekdays. In some rare cases the waiting time can be to 24 hours.

Please note that you may also check our website to go to our Blog section, in which we’ve addressed some issues before you submit a ticket.
